Please note the following timeline for Piano/Keyboard lessons in Session 1, 2016.
  1. Read this pamphlet carefully, and get in touch with us if you have any questions. Contact details are on the website.
  2. If you are happy with what you have read and are ready to start lessons, fill in the online form in the ‘Enrol Now’ tab of the website and hit the submit button, email us at enquiry@inspiremusic.com.au, or call us on 03 8751 3671. If you send us your enrolment form by midnight on 17.3.16 you will be entitled to 10% discount off fees and an introductory lesson, to be held on the first week of Session 1 commencing 21.3.16
  3. Once we have received your enrolment we will send you an invoice for session 1 lessons. Session 1 consists of 13 weeks. Payment will need to be processed before lessons can commence.
  4. Once payment is received you will receive an information pack with everything you need to know, including where to find us. Your musical journey then begins!
 

Piano and keyboard lessons: the facts

  1. KEYBOARDS
WK-7500_PLY, 10.5.29, 4:40 PM, 8C, 2208x6822 (1928+608), 100%, WK-7500, 1/15 s, R72.2, G56.9, B86.0 This is a keyboard. It has 61 notes. It can play piano sounds as well as a lot of other instruments. It can also play rhythms and chords so that a beginner can play a full song and enjoy the experience. Beginner keyboards retail beginning at around $100.00 each. We have 3 Casio CT399 keyboards at the studio. Keyboards are a very inexpensive way for a student to 'try out' music for a very inexpensive outlay (as little as $12.00) per lesson as week.  Why not grab some friends or relatives and sign up together, and see just how fun keyboard lessons are!   1. DIGITAL PIANOS
Orla CDP-101 (large) This is a digital piano. It has 88 notes, just like a real piano. It can play piano sounds as well as a lot of other instruments. It can also play rhythms and chords so that a beginner can play a full song and enjoy the experience. They can also detach from the frame and become portable. They can be taken to a venue very easily and played on a brace stand, either by themselves or through an amplifier. They also have weighted keys which make them more like playing a real piano.   • Please note that our policy is that only advancing and advanced students will have lessons on the Grand Piano, unless it is a special occasion. Students who are accelerating rapidly through the program will be given special consideration.
